Liverpool Start-Up Business Hub

In my fourth year of the MEng Course (2019-20) our Unit was based in the Ten Streets area of Liverpool. Our second individual design project was to design a flexible-function office space for start-up businesses. These could vary from bakery to ceramics to digital marketing, with the anticipation that groups would move in and out, repurposing each space for their own usage over the lifetime of the building.
